Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at ABA BAE! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Below is our return and exchange policy:

 

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  2. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you received your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@theababae.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, minus any shipping charges incurred.

 

Exchanges:
